_ ,.r.......- ,�_ __ _ <br /> 07/27/2015 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15433 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING TRAFFIC <br /> IMPACT MITIGATION FEE PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS AND <br /> COST ESTIMATES AND APPROVING THE TRANSPORTATION <br /> IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, Articie XV (commencing with Section 18.244) of the Code of <br /> the City of Redwood City authorizes imposition of transportation impact fees for <br /> new development in the City (the "Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 2000, a duly noticed public hearing was held by <br /> this Council on the question of approval of such fees and projects to be funded <br /> thereby at which the Council approved the imposition of such fees <br /> (Transportation Impact Fee); and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed that certain report entitled "2012 <br /> Update, Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee" submitted by Fehr <br /> & Peers Transportation Consultants, dated December 2012 (2012 Study) which <br /> analyzes the impact of new development in the City on public streets, <br /> intersections, and related transportation facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the 2012 Study sets forth a methodology for establishing <br /> transportation impact fees and a proposed fee schedule; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee, Fee <br /> Schedule for Specific Land Uses (Fee Schedule) was based on the 2012 Study <br /> and was subsequently updated to adjust for construction cost increases <br /> occurring between 2012 and 2015; and <br /> /ATTY/RES03118/CC RESO APPROVING AND ADOPTING RESO.#15433 <br /> TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEES/TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE MUFF#402 <br /> REV:07-23-15 PT <br /> Page 1 of 30 <br />
