SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> A Certificates of Recognition presented to Redwood City's own Olympic torch bearers, Frank <br /> Fraone and Amy Galvin (207); <br /> Mayor Hartnett and Councilwoman Buchan presented the certificate to Frank Fraone <br /> and thanked him for making a contribution to Redwood City and for being recognized with <br /> the honor of being selected to carry the torch in Redwood City. Mr. Fraone handed the <br /> Olympic torch to the Council and thanked them for their support. Amy Galvin was not <br /> present to receive the certificate.
