SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> <br />A Presentation of plaque honoring Amy Galvin, outstanding Sequoia High School student <br />and track star who carried the Olympic torch through Redwood City, May 3,1996; (207) <br /> <br />Mayor Hartnett presented the plaque to Amy Galvin, Sequoia High School honor <br />student, National Champion roller skater, Sequoia High School Track Captain, community <br />activist and volunteer, and congratulated her for being chosen as an Olympic torch bearer. <br /> <br />Amy Galvin thanked the Council, and said carrying the Olympic torch through Redwood <br />City and past her high school, "was one of the best experiences of my life - so far." <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />B.
