SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> Mayor Gasparini acknowledged former Mayor Jack Greenalch sitting in the audience and <br /> welcomed him to the proceedings. <br /> A. Proclamation to the Redwood City Cultural Commission congratulating them on receiving <br /> the San Mateo County Arts Council Star Award; (207) <br /> Mayor Gasparini read the proclamation, presented it to current Chairman Oliver <br /> Redington and immediate past Chairman Dr. Jeff Filippi, and expressed how proud the <br /> Council was of the Commission and its commitment to the arts and cultural creativity in <br /> Redwood City over the years. Mayor Gasparini congratulated the Commission for <br /> winning such a prestigious award and introduced other members of the Civic Cultural <br /> Commission in attendance: Lettie Distefano, Rosemary Fischer, Betty Moran, and Tamara <br /> Piulle.
