The error was discovered after the 72-hour posting of both agendas. City Attorney Schricker advised the Council to make a finding with respect to the need to add this item to the agenda due to the discovery that this subject came to the attention of the Council after the agenda was published and posted, and recommended a unanimous vote to place it on the agenda.
