O R D I N A N C E N O . 756 ESTABLISHING "TWO-HOUR PARKING" ZONE ON WILSON STREET BETWEEN FRANKLIN STREET AND THE SOUTHERN PACIJIC RIGHT OF WAY . ESTAB- LISHING A "NO-PARKING" ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF UPTON STREET , SOUTH OF JEFFERSON AVENUE . THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : Section 1 . A "Two -Hour Parking" zone is hereby established adjacent to the curb on Wilson Street in the City of Redwood City at the following locations : ( a ) Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest curb line of Wilson Street with the Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of Franklin Street ; thence Northeast - erly along said curb line a distance of 282 . 3 feet , more or less , to its intersection with the Southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Right of Way . ( b ) Beginning at the intersection of the Southeast curb line of Wilson Street with the Northwesterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of Franklin Street ; thence Northeasterly along said curb line a distance of 289 . 8 feet , more or less , to its intersection with the Southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Right of Way. Section 2 . Na operator of any vehicle of any kind shall allow said vehicle to stand or be parked within the aforemen- tioned " Two -Hour Parking" zone between the hours of 7 o ' clock a . rn. and 7 o ' clock p . m. of any day, Sundays and holidays excepted, for a consecutive period of more than two ( 2 ) hours . Section 3 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to designate said "Two -Hour Parking" zone by having appropriate signs erected indicating such parking restrictions in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California .
