ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. (This item was heard out of order immediately following Agenda Item 7 B.) <br /> Marie Rickes, 3015 E. Bayshore, Harbor Village Mobile Home Park spoke to <br /> the Council regarding certain events related to the most recent Council <br /> election and the current mobile home rent stabilization draft ordinance. <br /> In response to Mayor Buchan's questions, City Attorney Schricker advised <br /> that the Council had scheduled January 25, 1993 to further discuss the <br /> mobile home rent stabilization issue and it would be procedurally <br /> inappropriate to prolong debate at this point; and, that a Council meeting <br /> cannot serve as a forum for personal attacks nor a place for endless <br /> rebuttals. <br /> MEMO 1/19/93 <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2.
