ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. J.R. Rodine, representing the owners of Harbor Village Mobile Home Park <br /> in Redwood City, presented the report on negotiations with tenants that <br /> Council had requested at the January 25, 1993 Council meeting. For the <br /> record Mr. Rodine explained that Council had asked for the delay in the <br /> presentation of the report due to scheduling conflicts. Mr. Rodine <br /> described discussions with Pat Brown, President of the Peninsula Conflict <br /> Resolution Center, Ms. Ann Hubbard, President of the Homeowners <br /> Association of Harbor Village, updates he had given to Councilmembers <br /> and the Mayor, and the scheduled April 8th meeting of the Homeowners <br /> representatives, Park owners representatives and the PCRC. Mr. Rodine <br /> further described efforts of the Park owners to improve communications <br /> including a newsletter that will be printed every 4 to 6 weeks for one <br /> year, and added that he will continue to keep the Council advised of the <br /> negotiation process. (102-21) <br /> B. Sue Fox, Cape Hatteras, Redwood Shores Neighborhood, described the letter <br /> and petition she had sent to the Council complaining that repair of Pump <br /> Station No. 10 had been promised, but not done.
