Warne Sanders , Woodside Road Community Methodist <br /> Church . <br /> ON ROLL CALL , the following were noted present : Councilmen Paul C . Keckley , <br /> Herbert G . Petersen , William C . Rhodes , Ray A . Weymouth , Mayor Robert H . Bury , <br /> and Acting City Clerk Frances I . Reggetts . Councilman Mary W . Henderson was <br /> noted absent . Also noted present were City Manager Howard C . Ullrich , City <br /> Attorney David E. Schricker , Police Chief John R . McDonald , Jr . , Fire Chief <br /> John Keller , City Auditor-Accountant Jack Ference , Chief Building Official <br /> Charles Gyselbrecht , City Treasurer Harriet Drivon , and Acting Secretary <br /> Evelyn Styler . <br /> The following Government Affairs Program students were noted present on roll <br /> call : Ed Collins , Greg Edwards , Clark Epperson , Jeanette Garretty , Bob Hilton , <br /> Janice Johnson , George Minear , and Leslie Young . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to approve , as mailed , Minutes of Regular Meeting of <br /> December 21 , 1970 , and Minutes of Executive Session of December 21 , 1970 , <br /> seconded by Councilman Weymouth , and carried . <br /> Mayor Bury announced that in accordance with the Council ' s request of December 21 , <br /> 1970 , a proclamation would be forthcoming honoring the Forty -Miners and <br /> congratulating them on a fine season . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6440 APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1970 - 1971 MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO . 1 -64 ; AND , AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR , seconded by Councilman Keckley . <br /> This matter was continued from Council meeting of December 14th and again of <br /> December 21st to allow Staff to prepare information concerning funding . The <br /> project is the normal winter maintenance program , coupled with adjustments of <br /> heights of levees to conform with requirements of U . S . Army Corps of Engineers . <br /> Engineer ' s estimate is $33 , 540 . <br /> City Manager reported that it is the staff recommendation that this work be funded <br /> as it has been in the past , from Reclamation and Drainage Bond Funds (Measure A) . <br />
