MSR:bc:5/31/79 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION N0. 8289 JUN 41979 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF TrEFFERSON <br />OAKS," REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDI- <br />TIONS; APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE- <br />MENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUB- <br />DIVISION <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />That final map of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision in the City of <br />Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates, Civil <br />Engineers, for Rogers & Brooks, Inc. and Steve J. Suddjian, Inc., <br />owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City in tentative map <br />form on September 8, 1978, is hereby approved, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />(1) That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of <br />said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner <br />or subdivider of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvement of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision" wherein <br />the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the approval <br />of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and com- <br />plete, within the time specified in said agreement, all <br />street and other improvements required from owner under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth <br />in the plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Jefferson Oaks Subdivision on file in the office of the <br />City Engineer. <br />(2) That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of <br />said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the <br />covenants, conditions and restrictions governing the <br />development be prepared to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer and the City Attorney. <br />(3) That said owner or subdivider shall, before the release <br />of said final map to the owner of record and as a <br />condition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish <br />to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and <br />sufficient bond in form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said <br />owner or subdivider of all work and the construction of <br />all improvements designated or mentioned in said agree- <br />ment, and within the time therein specified, the amount <br />of said bond to be One Hundred Thirty -Nine Thousand Two <br />Hundred and N0/100 Dollars ($139,200.00) and also a good <br />
