MSR:bc:5/31/79 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION N0. 8289 JUN 41979 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF TrEFFERSON OAKS," REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDI- TIONS; APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE- MENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUB- DIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That final map of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates, Civil Engineers, for Rogers & Brooks, Inc. and Steve J. Suddjian, Inc., owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City in tentative map form on September 8, 1978, is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: (1) That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision" wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and com- plete, within the time specified in said agreement, all street and other improvements required from owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision on file in the office of the City Engineer. (2) That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the covenants, conditions and restrictions governing the development be prepared to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the City Attorney. (3) That said owner or subdivider shall, before the release of said final map to the owner of record and as a condition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient bond in form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owner or subdivider of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agree- ment, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said bond to be One Hundred Thirty -Nine Thousand Two Hundred and N0/100 Dollars ($139,200.00) and also a good
