Proposed Settlement for Relocation Assistance from A -1 Motel, 1818 El Camino <br />Real, Redwood City (1401 -17) <br />Report: <br />Housing Coordinator Debbi Jones - Thomas presented the staff report and in <br />answer to Council questions described the dialogue with the owners and <br />tenants, the $1,500 relocation payment to each household from the owners <br />which the Agency will provide as a loan, and all involved expressing the <br />desire to relocate the tenants to permanent housing as soon as possible. <br />Council discussed the particulars of the settlement including the request by <br />the owners that all tenants leave the premises by July 31, 1990 and what is <br />a reasonable time frame for relocation. <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 50 <br />Page No. 032 <br />MINUTES <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers - <br />401 Marshall Street <br />Redwood City, CA <br />Redev.
