OKINAC <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 0. <br />RESOLUTION ANNEXING LANDS TO GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />BE IT RESOLVED, DETER14INED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />4 1. That there is presently on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk a petition for the annexation of the hereinafter <br />described lands to General Improvement District No. 1-64 of <br />the City of Redwood City, a district formed pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1128 by the adoption of Resolution <br />No. 4274 on May 4, 1964, which petition has been signed by the <br />owners of all of the lands to be annexed. <br />2. That the Clerk of the City of Redwood City has checked <br />the petition and has certified to this Council the sufficiency <br />of the signatures on the petition which certification is <br />presently on file in the office of•the City Clerk. <br />3. That said petition was signed by all of the voters <br />of the lands to be annexed as said term is defined in See - <br />tion 222 of Ordinance No. 1128. <br />4. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15 of <br />Ordinance No. 1128 this Council did adopt Resolution No. 5592 <br />fixing Monday, the 26th day of February, 1968, at the hour of <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall <br />of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, <br />California, as the time and place where the matter of annexing <br />the hereinafter described lands to General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 of the City of Redwood City would be considered and <br />all objections thereto would be heard. <br />5. It is hereby found that the City Clerk did publish, <br />post and mail copies of Resolution No. 5592 as required by <br />Resolution No. 5592 and Section 1506 of Ordinance No. 1128. <br />6. That said hearing was held at the time and place stated <br />above and no person owning land within the territory proposed <br />
