DES: yc: 3/4/68 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. s06 <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY <br />IN THE VICINITY OF THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF CARLOS AVENUE AND LEAHY STREET IN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, application has been made pursuant to Article 46 <br />of Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood <br />City, for a planned development permit (designated PD68-01 by <br />the Planning Department) relating to real property located in <br />the vicinity of the northerly corner of the intersection of <br />Carlos Avenue and Leahy Street in the City of Redwood City as <br />shown upon the map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and <br />incorporated herein by this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 46.4 of the above mentioned <br />Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />application, and has forwarded the application and pertinent <br />data to this Council, together with its recommendation that this <br />Council conditionally approve the application as hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the application and the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and desires to approve <br />conditionally said application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain application for a planned development <br />permit designated PD68-01 by the Planning Department of the City <br />of Redwood City, and on file in the offices of said department, <br />is hereby approved subject to the following conditions (refer- <br />ences to block designations are as shown on "Exhibit A" hereof): <br />
