DES:yc:3/4/68 <br />RESOLUTION N O. ..SW <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY - LEO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has, subject to certain <br />conditions hereinafter set forth, recommended approval of the <br />application of the owner of the below described real property <br />for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, which exceptions are hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid exceptions are for use in connection <br />with the said owner's application for a planned development permit <br />for said real property now on file in the offices of the Planning <br />Department and designated as Planned Development Permit PD68-01; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid exceptions relate entirely to the <br />development of Block A of the proposed subdivision of said real <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide <br />is made is all that certain real property situate in the City <br />of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />A portion of that certain real property in the <br />vicinity of the northwesterly side of Carlos <br />Avenue extending to the northeasterly and south- <br />westerly sides of Leahy Street as shown on <br />"Exhibit A," attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein as if set out herein in its <br />entirety; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported <br />to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions <br />exist which affect said property; that the exceptions applied <br />
