Beryl Darnell, 3907 Lakemead Way, Redwood City asked Council to deny a <br />permit to the PCA from exploding fireworks during the July 4th celebration <br />in 1991 and advised there would be an organized effort to stop this <br />pollution and waste of money. <br />b.
