Beryl Darnell, 3907 Lakemead Way, Redwood City asked Council to deny a <br />permit to the PCA from exploding fireworks during the July 4th celebration <br />in 1991 and advised there would be an organized effort to stop this <br />pollution and waste of money. <br />b. Fernando Vega, 321 Spring Street, Redwood City, President of Hispanos <br />Unidos commented on the success of the Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 6th <br />and thanked: the City Council for their support, Redwood City Police <br />Captains Granucci and Switzer for their assistance and professionalism, and <br />BFI and others who did such a great clean -up job. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 49 <br />Reg.Mtg.
