FY 1990 -92 BUDGET - PROPOSED <br />Report: Annual Budget 1990 -1992 and Supplemental Budget <br />A. City Manager Smith presented overview of the 1990 -92 Annual Budget. <br />B. Finance Director Ramchandani presented the staff report on the Operating <br />Budget, Employee costs, Revenues and Expenditures. <br />In response to Council questions City Manager Smith described the GID 1 -64 <br />Maintenance District and the Zero Base Budget and agreed to change the <br />wording to more accurately describe the GID 1 -64 District and use the term <br />Zero Option Budget instead; Finance Director Ramchandani to provide <br />detailed list of Miscellaneous Revenues to Council Members. <br />MEMO 6/25/90 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 49 <br />Page No. 330 <br />Budget Study Session Minutes <br />June 23, 1990 <br />Page 1 <br />
