( ,,", .) <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT IN <br /> A PORTION OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING SAID <br /> DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1984-1; <br /> DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND <br /> ESTABLISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD <br /> WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with <br />§11.30, et seq. ) , proceedings for the establishment of an <br />underground utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood <br />City were instituted by Resolution 9559, adopted April 23, 1984; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 9559 sets forth the purposes of <br />said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br />and a time and place for hearing of objections by persons <br />interested in the formation of the proposed district; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. <br />9559 was provided by mail and publication in accordance with <br />Section 11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wi t : <br />Monday, May 14, 1984, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (P.D.T.) or as <br />soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following <br />objections were received: <br /> Oral or Written <br />Name & Address of Objector Objection Nature of Objection <br /> NONE <br /> 1 'J96 <br /> ' ~~,' . . <br /> -...-. <br />
