CGM:wb 8/21/80 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2,8 ORIGINAL <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br />BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, 3-65 TO PROVIDE SEp 8 1980 <br />FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, <br />2-65, AND 3-65 <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. General Improvement District No. 1-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and <br />fixed, for the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981, in <br />the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />Three Hundred Sixty -Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seven and <br />1 <br />No/100 Dollars ($369,207.00) for the payment of principal and <br />interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 <br />Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is <br />hereby levied and fixed at $.1195 on each One Hundred Dollars <br />of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the <br />limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said District <br />was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the Council <br />of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 2. General Improvement District No. 2-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 2-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and <br />fixed, for the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981, in <br />the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />One Hundred Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-two and <br />No/100 Dollars ($107,752.00) for the payment of principal and <br />interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 2-65 <br />Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement <br />
