Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1715, entitled <br />"Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Certain Designated Employees <br />of the Redwood City Police Department; and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 1665, " adopted August 15, 1977, is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> "Section 2.
