RESOLUTION NO. 12143 <br /> DES:djk 02/09/94 (047/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 2/14/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12143 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> (KING-PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Anne McCaffrey of <br /> King-Phoenix Productions for the use of certain public rights-of- <br /> way in connection with the filming of a movie for NBC Television <br /> on February 23 through February 27, 1994, in the form of Exhibit <br /> "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public <br /> rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to <br /> Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br /> authorized to issue said permit. <br /> * * * <br /> . ._--------,,~_..._,."...._._.~-""_.._,....,,_...._,,-, <br />
