Richard White <br />1st United Methodist Church <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Executive Session 2/27/89 <br />City Council 2/27/89 <br />M /S: Buchan / Stangel to approve the subject Minutes as submitted <br />Carried by a unanimous voice vote. <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Public Hearing - Intention to Rezone Redwood <br />Mobile Estates and Harbor Village Mobile Home Park <br />and to amend the Zoning Ordinance <br />Report: Planning Commission January 25, 1989 including Planning Commission <br />Minutes of 12/6/89, Letter from Joseph M.
