<br /> FXS:dmT' ,. 104/93 (012/59) <br /> ORIGINAL Uv/19/93R <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> 1020 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. ~Of <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted <br /> <?' - 2:/:)-13 , 1993, permission is hereby granted to the <br />Redwood City Art Center Association ("Permittee") , to occupy and <br />use the property located at 1020 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br />California, ("Premises") owned by the City of Redwood City <br />("City") , which real property is known as the Old Police <br />Facilities. <br /> The Permit is granted subject to the following terms and <br />conditions. <br /> 1. OCCUPANCY; PERMIT REVOCABLE. Subject to City's right to <br />revoke this permit as hereinafter specified, Permittee may occupy <br />and use the Premises hereunder subject to the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter stated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, <br />this permit does not constitute a deed, grant of easement, lease, <br />conveyance or transfer of any property interest and is revocable <br />without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City, effective upon giving not less than thirty (30) <br />days' prior written notice of such revocation addressed to <br />Permittee as follows: Redwood City Art Center Association, 1020 <br />Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, and mailed or <br />delivered to Permittee at said address. <br /> 2 . USE OF PREMISES. Subject to compliance with the zoning <br />laws and regulations of the State of California and the City, <br />Permittee shall use the Premises as working studios for the <br /> - 'T" <br />
