<br /> DUPUCAT E <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN ORIGINAL <br />MATEO, THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, REDWOOD <br />CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND SEQUOIA <br /> UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />(Redwood City 2000 Coordinating Committee) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this b~ day of <br />\} c>~vc:'-{) 199~, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a <br />political subdivision of the State of California, ("County"); the CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"); <br />REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, an elementary school <br />district, ("Elementary School District"); and SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT, a high school district, ("High School District"); all of which entities are <br />referred to collectively as ''the Parties". <br /> WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Parties enter into an <br />agreement to establish a Redwood City 2000 Coordinating Committee to <br />provide oversight to multiple collaborative programs designed to improve the <br />health and quality of life in Redwood City and to provide a forum for <br />collaborative needs assessment and community planning based on the <br />National Civic league Healthy Communities Model: <br />NOW THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL <br />COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, THE PARTIES <br />AGREE AS FOllOWS: <br /> ........ .- <br />
