<br /> uRIGINAl <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> for <br />CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br /> 210 TO 290 REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY <br /> AT THE REDWOOD SHORES SHOPPING CENTER <br />THIS AGREEMENT, ~de and entered into this ]1.5t-day of <br /> 6) I <br /> \ ~r~ , 1996, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and SHAPELL <br />INDUSTRIES of NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, a Division of SHAPELL <br />INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware Corporation, ("Owner"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property <br />improvements in connection with the development of 210 to 290 Redwood <br />Shores Parkway at the Redwood Shores Shopping Center (the "Property"), <br />situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, City has requested that construction of certain improvements <br />(as defined below), title to which is proposed to be conveyed to City for public <br />purposes, be constructed at the Property, which improvements are to be <br />constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, specifications, <br />and details hereinafter described; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by <br />Owner of Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street <br />Improvements, of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and in consideration of the approval of PO No. 10303-5 <br /> -.. ... <br />
