<br /> DES:dj1r 05/08/96 (003/47) <br /> ~\ <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> TENTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made this (~ vA day of <br />~"~' 1996 by and between the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br /> REDWOOD <br />AUTHOR Y, a public entity, (IISBSAII) and the CITY OF <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />(IICityll) ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into an agreement on <br />January 8, 1987 (the IIBasic Agreementll) , pursuant to which City <br />has performed certain professional accounting and financial <br />services for SBSA; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 4 of the aforesaid Agreement, <br />the parties renewed and extended the term and revised the <br />compensation payable under said Agreement pursuant to an <br />Amendment thereto dated June 16, 1987 (the IIFirst Amendmentll) ; <br />and an Agreement dated June 22, 1988 (the II Second Amendmentll) ; <br />and an Agreement dated June 21, 1989 (the IIThird Amendmentll) ; and <br />an Agreement dated June 18, 1990 (the IIFourth Amendmentll); and an <br />Agreement dated June 19, 1991 (the IIFifth Amendmentll) ; and an <br />Agreement dated July 20, 1992 (the IISixth Amendmentll) ; and an <br />Agreement dated June 23, 1993 (the IISeventh Amendmentll) ; and an <br />Agreement dated June 18, 1994 (the IIEighth Amendment II) ; and an <br />Agreement dated June 29, 1995 (the IINinth Amendmentll); and <br /> ..-....__..-.......,..~..._. <br /> I <br />
