<br /> DUPLICATE <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I qf' <br /> day of ÍÌ'\ ""õ -. 1997. by and between the SOUTH BA YSIDE SYSTEM <br /> AUTHORITY ("SBSA"), a public entity duly organized and existing under the <br /> laws of the State of California, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"); <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into an agreement on January 8, <br /> 1987 (the "Basic Agreement"), pursuant to which City has performed certain <br /> professional accounting and financial services for the SBSA; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Basic Agreement, the parties <br /> renewed and extended the term and revised the compensation payable under <br /> said Agreement pursuant to Amendments thereto dated June 16, 1987, (the <br /> "First Amendment"); June 22, 1988 (the "Second Amendment"); June 21, 1989 <br /> (the ''Third Amendment"); June 18, 1990 (the "Fourth Amendment"); June 19, <br /> 1991 (the "Fifth Amendment"); July 20, 1992 (the "Sixth Amendment"); June 23, <br /> 1993 (the "Seventh Amendment"); June 18, 1994 (the "Eighth Amendment); <br /> June 29, 1995 (the "Ninth Amendment"); July 3, 1996 (the ''Tenth Amendment"); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew and extend the term hereof, <br /> revise the compensation payable hereunder and revise the notice requirements <br /> regarding termination thereof; <br /> G:\shared\SBSA\Agmt-005 1 <br /> 03/20/97 <br /> DES:djk <br /> ._...,~.- <br />
