Manuel Sotomayor, 12 Riviera Circle, Redwood City expressed concern that policy <br />of distributing affordable housing throughout City was not in Redevelopment Plan <br />Council and staff assured Mr. Sotomayor affordable housing would not be grouped <br />in one area only and that creative and new solutions were being explored. <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1.
