SPORT FIELD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT GARFIELD CHARTER SCHOOL <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation in the State of <br />California, hereinafter referred to as "City", and ROBERT A. BOTHMAN, INC. of San <br />Jose, California, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", for the consideration <br />hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the faithful <br /> performance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the amount of Nine Hundred <br /> thirty-sixThousand Three Hundred Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($936,320.00) <br /> computed in accordance with Contractor's accepted proposal dated April 18, 2001, <br /> <br /> Agmt-477 1 <br /> FXS:djk <br /> Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 4/25/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
