Sylvia Collier, 1759 Kansas Street, read a statement regarding a possible <br />future drainage problem on her property which may have been created by the <br />new development on Sycamore Street behind her. Ms. Collier requested on <br />behalf of her neighbors that an agreement between the neighbors and the City <br />be recorded to the effect that the City will take care of any drainage <br />problems, if a problem occurs.
