Stangel <br />Adjourned City Council Meeting - Joint Study Session <br />MINUTES <br />Joint Meeting <br />September 27, 1988 <br />Main Library <br />Meeting Room <br />1044 Middlefield Road <br />The City Council of the City of Redwood City met on this day at 7:35 p.m. <br />in a joint study session with the Planning Commission and the Housing and <br />Human Concerns Committee to discuss the Housing Element. <br />Councilmen present: Buchan, Bury, Claire, LaBerge, Murray,and Mayor Greenalch <br />Councilmen absent: Stangel <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schouten, and Jean, Pawloski, Patterson, <br />Church, Passanisi, and Jorgenson <br />Planning Commissioners present: Asmus, Audsley, Evans, Sanfilipo and <br />Chairman Nobles <br />Planning Commissioners absent: Ladd and Quirk <br />Housing & Human Concerns Comm. present: Bangert, Howard, Mahany, Mandolfo, <br />and Roth <br />Housing & Human Concerns Comm. absent: Edwards, Greer, Hartnett, and Quirk <br />City Manager James M. Smith presented background material and described the <br />purpose of this meeting. <br />1. To give direction with respect to where low- income housing is to be <br />located. <br />2.
