Councilman Murray presented proposed noise ordinance, and 4.b) Councilman <br />Bury presented the draft Fetal Alcohol Syndrome ordinance. 3) Page 4, M /S: <br />Claire/ Buchan to approve the future introduction of a) Fetal Alcohol Syndrome <br />Ordinance and b) a party Noise Abatement Ordinance. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Presentation of Proclamation to The Holiday <br />Project <br />Mayor Greenalch presented a proclamation to Beverly Kaye, Mid - Peninsula <br />Director of the Holiday Committee, thanking her and her colleagues for their <br />generosity and service to the people of our community.
