Thomas Gilman 2/3/88 <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing are on file. <br />Mayor Claire announced the procedure to be followed for the conduct of the <br />two public hearings on appeals relating to the Planned Development Permit <br />(PDP) for the Sequoia Medical Office Building (MOB). Mayor Claire said that <br />testimony will first be given by DES and Sequoia Professional Building <br />Association who propose to construct the MOB, then by Bert J.
