Mayor Claire presiding <br />Councilmen present: Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge, Stangel and <br />Mayor Claire <br />Councilmen absent: None <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Ramchandani, Hildebrand and <br />Addiego, Schroeter, Griffiths, Church, Guardino <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - City Council 1/19/87 <br />M /S: Chandler / Stangel to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Coucilwoman LaBerge abstaining. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />1. Mert Dilley, 3015 East Bayshore, Harbor Village Mobilehome Park, reported the <br />park owner's workers from his shipyard continue to work on preparing a site <br />within the park for additional units, noting that they are dumping fill in <br />the Bayfront Canal. Mr. Dilley said that his reports to several local and <br />state agencies have gone unanswered, except that the State Fish and Game <br />Department has advised it is a private project and does not involve that <br />department.
