Margaret S. Parson, 78 Myrtle Street, representing the League of Women Voters <br />of South San Mateo County, read the letter from Lucile Spurlock, President, <br />received June 5, 1987, and distributed to Council relating to transit. <br />(Letter is on file in the City Clerk Department). <br />b. Albert Franklin, 500 Warrington, referred to his letter to Council of June 5, <br />1987, distributed this evening relating to his "RFQ" for a Countywide <br />Education Enhancement Program which he has submitted to the Board of <br />Supervisors and requested Council support for the Program. <br />There being no objection, Vice Mayor Chandler ordered the letter and "RFQ" <br />referred to staff for review.
