Marina Sub-area - Proposed extension of Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate with DME (Diversified Marina <br />EnterpriSed) (Continued from July 27, and August <br />10, 1987) <br /> <br />Executive Director Church said that rather than an extension, a new Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate (ERN) would be entered into by the Agency. <br /> <br />James Kuebelbeck, DME, briefly described his proposal for "Maple Marina Area <br />Auto Center" and referred to hi s letter of Aug ust 21, 1987 attachi ng the <br />proposal. Mr. Kuebelbeck asked for an ERN for six months. <br /> <br />Steven R. Strauss, Vice President, Pacesetter Homes, Newport Beach, presented <br />the proposal for an auto center.
