Eminent domain proceedings, 908 Main Street - <br />Nadia Heintz, owner (702-12) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Executive Director 11/17/87 <br /> <br />Copy of Notice of Hearing mailed to property owner is on file. <br /> <br />In response to questions of Associate Counsel Hildebrand, Secretary Hildebrand <br />reported that no communications with regard to the public hearing have been <br />received from the property owner or from anyone else. <br /> <br />Chairman Claire declared the public hearing open at 8:56 p.m. and invited <br />anyone present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. <br /> <br />MIS: Britschgi/Stangel to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and public hearing closed at 8:57 p.m. <br /> <br />Red ev .
