Public Hearing - Abatement of Nuisance, substandard and <br />unsafe building, 112 Redwood Avenue (702 -11) (continued <br />open from 9/22/86; Reports of Chief Building Official <br />and Community Development Director 9/5/86) <br />City Manager Smith reported that the proposed abatement matter has been <br />resolved and the property owner has almost completed the required <br />rehabilitation.
