Stangel <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CALL TO ORDER - 7:39 p.m., Mayor Claire presiding <br />December 15, 1986 <br />Immediately following <br />meeting of <br />Redevelopment Agency <br />Councilmen present: Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge and <br />Mayor Claire <br />Councilmen absent: Stangel <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Schroeter, Addiego, <br />Hartman, LaTorra, Anderson <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Joint Meeting, Port Commission 12/2/86 <br />City Council Meeting 12/8/86 <br />M /S: Chandler /LaBerge to approve the subject minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Britschgi abstaining from voting on <br />the City Council Minutes of 12/8 and Councilman Greenalch abstaining from voting <br />on both minutes. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Presentation of Award to Grace Seibert, Winner of the <br />Park and Recreation Department 50th Anniversary Logo <br />Contest <br />Report: Recreation Superintendent 11/26/86 <br />Sally Hartman, Park and Recreation Superintendent, thanked those involved in <br />the Logo design contest and noted that the five top winning entries will be <br />on display throughout the year in various locations in the City.
