Public Hearing - Seaport Centre Assessment District <br />(Per RESOLUTION NOS. 10071 through 10075, adopted <br />11/18/85) (407 -03) <br />Mayor Britschgi declared the public hearing open at 4:05 p.m., and announced <br />that this is the time and place of the hearing on the Engineer's Report <br />prepared pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and Resolution of <br />Intention No. 10072. <br />Deputy City Clerk reported that affidavits and certificates of posting, <br />publishing and mailing are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and that <br />a copy of the Engineer's Report prepared by the Engineer was filed on <br />November 18, 1985, and has been open to public inspection since that time. <br />Deputy City Clerk stated that no written protests have been received in the <br />City Clerk's office. <br />Mr. Assaf reviewed the proposed documents submitted for Council <br />consideration, and recommended in addition that the Council accept certain <br />deeds of easement. <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 46 <br />Page No. 128 <br />Adj.Reg.Mtg. <br />12/19/85 <br />0 <br />
