Mr. Britton said no objection has been
expressed to the Ralph Anderson survey, but suggested the salary study is out of
date, noting that the reported cost of living increase has been 6% which is not
being offered to represented employees. Mr. Britton also suggested inequities
exist and cited examples. He said SEIU recognizes the difficulties in
implementing an employee compensation survey, but believes those in the
represented class are being treated differently than management.
Reg.
