Public Hearing - Appeal from a condition of approval by <br />the Planning Commission of a Planned Development <br />Permit, requiring that Units I and II shall have a <br />single homeowners association, 430 Marine World <br />Parkway, being Phase II of Shorebird Solar Condominiums <br />- TRI /LWW Development Company, appellant (203 -08) <br />City Manager Smith called attention to the letter of February 20, 1985, from <br />the appellant to Joel Patterson of the Planning Department requesting the <br />subject appeal be continued to after February 28, 1985. <br />Mayor Britschgi inquired if anyone was present for the purpose of giving <br />testimony on the subject appeal.
