Presentation re Centre Redevelopment Area Plan <br />(1401-03) <br /> <br />City Manager Smith introduced the subject, noting that the Agency had <br />commissioned the study some months ago, and that Bryan Grunwald, consultant, <br />wi 11 make the pre sentat ion. <br /> <br />Bryan Grunwald, Hall Goodhue Haisley & Barker, gave a brief overview of what <br />they have done over the past six months, including two presentations at <br />workshops, one in January and one in March, of the first two phases of their <br />\Þ,()rk, covering issue identification and goa 1 formu lation, and the second, a <br />planning analysis and postulation of alternative plans.
