Presentation of award by Government Finance Officers <br />Association (101 -02) <br />Finance Director Tasseff presented to the Council the Government Finance <br />Officers Association Award for Distinguished Budget Presentation, for fiscal <br />year beginning July 1, 1984, stating that the award was begun in 1984 by that <br />association to encourage exemplary budgetary practices among governments and <br />non profit organizations, and that Redwood City was one of 65 governmental <br />entities out of a possible 55,000 in the United States and Canada to achieve <br />this recognition. <br />Reg.Htg. <br />5/6/85 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 45 <br />Page No. 459 <br />
