Joint Meeting MINUTES CITY COUNCIL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CHAMBERS 401 MARSHALL STREET Mailing Address: City Hall, P.O.Box 478 Redwood City, CA 94064 January 30, 1984 Veterans Memorial Senior Center The Council and the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City met on this date at 7:30 p.m., with Mayor Stangel presiding. CALL TO ORDER Councilmen present: Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes and Mayor Stangel Councilmen absent: None Planning Commissioners present: Audsley, Balsamo, Beeger, Pappas, Poncia and Pappas Planning Commissioners absent: Chairman Castle Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Tasseff, Hildebrand and Addiego, Schroeter, Malkemus, O'Brien GENERAL 1. Presentation of Redwood City Downtown Development Plan Planning Director Schroeter introduced the members of the Downtown Committee Who had participated in the Downtown Development Plan Revision Program. Mr. Schroeter used a color -coded wall chart and slides depicting present, past and some improved conditions in the Downtown area in making his presentation of the subject Plan. Discussion followed and members of the audience also commented regarding the Plan.
