Mosher <br />Bill Rhodes <br />MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CHAMBERS <br />401 MARSHALL STREET <br />Mailing Address: <br />City Hall, P.O.Box 478 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />February 27, 1984 <br />NOTE: Preceding the meeting of the City Council as the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment <br />Agency on this date, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Stangel noted the presence in the audience of <br />representatives and members of Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 715 and <br />invited them to address Council. <br />Bob Brittan, SEIU, Local 715, 541 Middlefield Road, asked for further negotiations from the <br />last City Council salary offer and distributed a flyer stating the SEIU position.
