Carried <br />unanimously by voice vote, Councilwoman Mosher abstaining. <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Mayor Britschgi announced that the City of Redwood City is one of 17 finalists for <br />the All American Cities Award. The award is given by the Citizens Forum on <br />Self- Government of the National Municipal League, Inc. All finalists will meet <br />in San .Antonio, Texas on November 19 to make a presentation on their programs. <br />The award is earned on the basis of great citizen participation, and the .City's <br />three programs submitted in its application, which are Heron Court Cooperative <br />Housing, the Neighborhood Boards Program and Hoover school Park renovation. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />Reg.
