Presentation by Redwood City Marina Development Company <br /> <br />City Manager Smith outlined the background leading to the establishment of the <br />Marina District of the Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br />Jeff Holm, made a presentation of the conceptual plan for the Marina, noting <br />that venture partners are Diversified Marina Enterprises, Redwood City Marine <br />Development Company and Southern California Saving & Loan Association. Mr. <br />Holm reviewed the exclusive right to negotiate agreement between the City and <br />Diversified Marina Enterprises which expires in June 1984.
