Mr. Norris <br />distributed photographs illustrating the <br />recent overflow from the storm water drain. <br />He recommended that the project include <br />better drainage and that speed bumps be <br />installed to prevent excessive speeds and use <br />of the parking lot for drag racing. <br /> <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />3/1/82 <br />
