DAS:sh 5/29/86 <br /> <br /> ORIGI AL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, hereinafter referred <br />to as "City," and PROFESSIONAL SERVICES GROUP, INC., hereinafter <br />referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter <br />stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br />performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, <br />and equipment and tools to install within sixty (60) working days <br />beginning one (1) calendar day after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the <br />following work: <br /> <br /> SEWER SYSTEM - 1986 SMOKE TESTING PROGRAM <br /> <br />in strict accordance with the plans and specifications prepared <br />by Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton ("K/J/C") for the City of Redwood City, <br />California, which plans and contract documents and specifications <br />are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement as if <br />herein fully set forth. <br /> <br /> 2. The City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration <br />for the faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned <br />work, the sum of Twenty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100 <br />Dollars ($27,900.00), computed in accordance with Contractor's <br />accepted proposal dated May 27, 1986, in the manner set forth in <br />Section 5 entitled "Measurement and Payment" of the City's <br />Standard Specifications, which provisions and accepted proposal <br />are incorporated herein by reference thereto as if herein fully <br />set forth. <br /> <br /> 3. All of the work to be done shall be done under the <br />direction and supervision of, and to the approval of, the City or <br /> <br /> <br />
