5/20/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14442 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT A OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12622 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND <br />WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br />REPRESENTED BY THE REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT <br />EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION BY AMENDING THE JOB <br />DESCRIPTION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />SUPERVISOR TO INCLUDE THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT <br />MANAGER FUNCTION. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12622 entitled, 'Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented <br />by the Redwood City Management Employees Association," adopted October <br />30, 1995, is hereby amended by amending the job description for Community <br />Development Services Supervisor to include the function of Downtown <br />Development Manager. <br />2. Exhibit A to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12622 is hereby amended <br />by substituting the attached revised job specification of Community <br />Development Services Supervisor, which includes the functions of the proposed <br />Downtown Development Manager. <br />3.
